Sabzeler (digital grocery store) offers its customers a ‘ 2 DAYS EXCHANGE/REPLACE SERVICE ‘ wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 2 days of its delivery.

Is There Any Charges On Exchange/Replace Any Defected Product?

At present No! There are no charges on exchange/replace for products that are not good faulty or not of your choice defected in anyway. Our customer care center is there for you 24/7, you may contact them through whatsapp, send them the details on whatsapp i.e. your name, images of imperfect product, description about product’s fault quality your contact number, and receipt which you received from us, they will soon contact you and exchange/replace your product within 2 working days without any cost.

Note: If u wants to exchange/replace faulty products as per your choice, you will have to send the product first to our official address and after we receive your product, our officer will call you and then send your product to your designated address.

If We Don’t Like the Products Then How We Exchange/Replace Them?

Sabzeler (digital grocery store) had built its policies very flexible for its customers, If any of our valuable customers don’t like the selected our products or want to order any other product from our website in place of the order that they already got, They will have to first send the received product to our official address and after we receive the product our officer will communicate with you and ask you for the other product by which you want to replace your first order and will send the selected product to your address provided. Replacement can be made within 2 working days.

Is There Any Refund Policy On Sabzeler (digital grocery store)?

Products delivered may not be refunded. However, you may exchange, replace as per our Exchange / Replacements Policy.
